Traction inverter for an electric bike
Prudík, Martin ; Klíma, Bohumil (referee) ; Vorel, Pavel (advisor)
A drive design for an electric bike with brushed DC disk motor is proposed in this thesis. Especially the design of a DC/DC converter with DSC control is described. The converter can operate as step-down and step-up too. Minimum dimensions and sufficient power for riding without human assistance were the main demands on the design.
Lifts for passenger transport
Zámečník, Stanislav ; Urbánek, Michal (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is a summary of the used design solutions for elevator propulsions, in terms of their efficiency, space-saving, and usability in individual buildings. The thesis is also, based on available information, a summary of design solutions from world manufacturers, where a comparison is made between individual types. Additionally, the main parts of the elevators and their functions will also be described here. Furthermore, the thesis contains exceptional design solutions for elevators and an overview of the applicable legislation.
Autonomous traction vehicle of a type AGV
Brauner, Jiří ; Urbánek, Michal (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of an autonomous traction vehicle of a type AGV, used to purvey material flow. The first part of the thesis contains a research on the autonomous trucks with similar concepts offered on the market. The second part contains the description of the design of the prototype truck. It includes the selection of the guiding and safety components as well as the design of the traction drive and the traction battery. Finally, a frame design with force calculation of the selected node is performed.
Lifts - development and routine
Minařík, Adam ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the most used elevator in the last decade and its description, when the book sources were used, but mostly the practice and information from the employees of the company Výtahy s.r.o. Further, the work contains some of the latest solutions in the area of elevator technology and exceptional solutions of lifts.
Calculation of the optimum slip frequency with respect to the minimum losses of an induction motor
Prudík, Martin ; Huták, Petr (referee) ; Vorel, Pavel (advisor)
A mathematical model describing the calculation of the optimal slip frequency of an Induction Motor with squirrel-cage is proposed in this work. The derivation is done using a replace -network, and is designed for a wide range of speeds and torque. The requested torque, speed and constants of replacement network are the inputs of the optimization. Optimum slip frequency and corresponding line voltage are the outputs of this optimization. The results of the calcullations are presented using two asynchronous machines for different speed and torque.
Crawler RC robotic vehicle
Daneš, Filip ; Frühbauer, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor´s Thesis deals with a design of a crawler remote controlled robotic vehicle. The conception is based on a critical research and set pre-stated parameters. The basic conception design was followed up by dimensions and performance calculations creating a foundation for the ultimate 3D model of the crawler vehicle. The thesis describes individual parts and their design solution in detail as well as selected check strength calculations. Designed model meets the pre-set parameters.
